A bit like paintballing, nothing makes us feel more manly than shooting stuff! A clay pigeon shooting stag do is a popular choice – it’s easy to do, encourages competition and is often close to a country pub, which is rewarding way to end the session.
It’s also slightly easier than you might fear. Once shot the cartridge doesn’t remain as a single bullet, but spreads into pellets covering the area of a dustbin lid making it a little less difficult to smash the target to smithereens. But doubtless there’ll be someone who fancies themselves as a crack shot and regularly misses, earmarking themselves as that afternoon’s figure of fun.
