Iamthebestman is free to use, and we’d like to keep it that way. This page explains how the site makes money and what that means for you. The short version: some of our links are affiliate links, and they never cost you more.
What is an affiliate link?
An affiliate link is a tracked link to another company’s website. If you click one and then book or buy something, that company pays us a small commission. You don’t pay a penny more: the price is exactly the same as going direct.
Who we work with
- Stag do companies. When you compare packages and click through to a stag company, some of those companies pay us a commission when you book.
- Amazon. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. That covers the stag do kit, best man gear, gifts and books we pick out on the site.
- Other partners. From time to time we work with other companies, like activity and experience providers, on the same basis.
How we label affiliate links
Boxes of product picks are marked Affiliate links, and you can tap the label for a reminder of how they work. The comparison page carries a note too, and the footer of every page links back here.
Our editorial independence
Commission never decides what we recommend. Our guides, ideas and advice are written to help you give the groom the send-off he deserves, not to push whoever pays the most. If something’s rubbish, we’ll say so, and if the best option doesn’t earn us a thing, we’ll still point you to it.
