I once asked a good pal from the Welsh city about a Swansea stag do. ‘It’s a long way to go and they don’t like outsiders’ was the reply.

It’s the second biggest city in Wales with a nightlife to match – the chief hotspot of which is Wind Street. For a booze-up with a bit of a difference take on the Mumbles Mile, a sea front pub crawl with a chance to sober up (but not to much) with a little walk between watering holes.
Day time stag-do activities in Swansea can also be centred around the coast rather than indulging in your well-worn stag staples. There’s surfing, coasteering (navigating cliffs and caves along the coastline), gorge walking and abseiling.
